Terms & Conditions
Prestige Details is a mobile service that comes directly to your workplace or doorstep. We require access to a safe power source to plug in our extension lead. For insurance reasons, as well as the safety of our staff and vehicles, Prestige Details will not begin work on any vehicle located on main roads, heavily trafficked roads, or narrow and confined streets. Additionally, we are unable to operate in pay-and-display car parks.
If your home address or the location where you want the service performed falls under any of these restrictions, please contact us before booking.
All confirmed bookings to be paid either directly to Prestige Details via bank transfer or cash.
Prestige Details cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic conditions, acts of God, or actions of third parties. Should we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to such events, this will be done within 7 days of the original booking.
If the interior of your vehicle is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood, additional fees will apply. We recommend sending a few photos of any such conditions before booking so we can provide an accurate quote. If photos are not provided, the final price will be negotiated on the day before work begins.
By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any bookings affected by the issues mentioned above may incur full booking charges. An invoice will be sent to the address and email provided during booking. Failure to settle the invoice will result in legal action. Please note, a missed booking is a lost wage; we cannot absorb losses in time or pay under any circumstances.
